Blaze is the founder of Redleaf Consulting.

 

His experiences working in China–both good and bad–inspired him to create a venue through which companies can gain the insight and understanding they need to succeed in a global marketplace.

 

Blaze graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in communications in 1992.  He has spent most of his professional life working with small and start-up companies dealing with communications, marketing, and customer service.

 

He is a published author, experienced editor, and accomplished public speaker. His experience with small companies has afforded him the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills and develop an understanding of the offerings and responsibilities of most corporate departments.

 

Blaze has an open, friendly, and engaging style.  He understands that communication is a two-way street and answers are rarely black & white.  But he’s also one to be brutally honest when the situation calls for it.

 

From 2011 to 2017, Blaze worked as a consultant in the Greater Shanghai Area of China.  In the autumn of 2017, he returned to Wisconsin–and the 1920 Craftsman-style bungalow he loves–so he could share his knowledge and experience with American businesses (and once again buy good cheese).
